Hedi Slimane For Vogue Japan

Hedi Slimane‘s name is associated with some of the world’s most distinguished fashion houses. Slimane spent most of the 2000’s as the creative director of Dior Homme and is currently the creative director for Saint Laurent Paris.

His recent shoot for Vogue Japan have rock and roll engrained into his provocative style, and show a seamless blend of punk rock and high fashion.

Among the shots, fans will be happy to see Grimes (bottom) has also been captured in her wild and very unorthodox sense of calm.

Although Slimane’s background is high fashion, this shoot relies heavily on gritty and unconventional ideas suggesting that his recent realm of inspiration is drawn from contemporary trends in music.
